Available Gadgets

The gadget displays configurable metric cards that count work items matching any JQL filter and display totals for story points, time logged, and estimates on colorful cards.

2 layout types are available:

• Row layout - cards displayed horizontally in a single row with wrapping

• Grid layout - cards displayed in a 2-column grid format

Metric types

Each card can display one of the following metric types:

• Work Item Count - simple count of matching issues

• Story Points Sum - aggregates story point values

• Original Estimate Sum - aggregates original time estimates

• Time Logged Sum - aggregates actual time spent

• Remaining Estimate Sum - aggregates remaining time estimates

• Formula - calculate derived metrics using arithmetic expressions that reference other cards' values (e.g., C1 / C2 * 100 for percentages)

Cards

Up to 8 metric cards can be configured per gadget. Each card has its own JQL query, metric type, label, and color. Available card colors are blue, green, red, orange, purple, teal, and gray. Cards can also be marked as hidden - they won't display on the dashboard but their values remain available for formula cards to reference.

Default cards are provided for common use cases: Open Work Items, High Priority, and Done This Week.
