Our business hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Europe/Vilnius (GMT+2, GMT+3 in summer). We respond to critical support requests within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, and in practice we usually respond to any request within a few hours, outside business hours too, if available.
