Terms of Use

Effective: February 2026

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your ("Customer") use of products ("Product") offered by Agilis LT, MB, company number 305199979 ("we", "our"), on the Atlassian Marketplace. For any questions, contact us at info@simple-reports.com.

Standard Agreement

This Agreement is based on the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement ("Standard Agreement"), which provides the primary licensing framework covering product usage rights, customer data, intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and confidentiality.

By downloading, installing, or using the Product, you agree to both the Standard Agreement and the Provider-Specific Terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.

Provider-Specific Terms

The following terms supplement the Standard Agreement with rules specific to our services. In case of conflict, these Provider-Specific Terms take precedence.

Data Handling: The Product does not store Customer Data on our servers. Data processing occurs locally within the Customer's browser. The Product may optionally transmit error diagnostic data to a third-party error tracking service (Sentry.io) for the purpose of improving Product reliability; this feature can be disabled by the Customer. For further details, including compliance certifications and infrastructure security, see our Data Security and Privacy Statement.
Support: Support is available via email at info@simple-reports.com or through our service desk portal.
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Matters not regulated by this Agreement are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable provisions of Lithuanian law.
Dispute Resolution: The parties will make every effort to amicably resolve any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement. Any disputes that the parties are unable to resolve amicably will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Agilis LT, MB.
Updates to Terms: We may update these Specific Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at https://docs.simple-reports.com. Continued use of the Product after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
